Gas tank
At least one gas tank must be added to your boat somewhere.

These gas tanks or pressure vessels come in wide variety of sizes, from 6 litres or 1.5 gallons to 220 litres or 48.5 gallons. But they are only made as cylinders, which lay on the long side or Torodials commonly called Doughnut tanks. These Torodials are not normally useful in boats because the hull spaces available accommodate cylinders more easily.

The tank or tanks you choose will depend upon how much space you have available and how many hours of gas you want between fill-ups.

The cylinder tanks have a diameter of 300 - 320 - 360 - 400 - 450mm and come in different lengths from 750mm to 1700mm. A cylinder tank that will provide 80 litres or 17.5 gallons of LPG is 360mm diameter and a length of 1109mm, this vessel has a water capacity of 100 litres but 20% must be left empty.
